Grade changes are the big wins. But a lot happens before grades move:
- A county commission votes to review its 287(g) agreement
- A school board passes a sensitive location policy
- A DA declines to prosecute under a state mandate
- A state rep agrees to meet after receiving FL data
- A FOIA request reveals hidden costs
These are leading indicators. Post them here. They prove the pipeline is working before the scoreboard changes.
